Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers
Provide accurate information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies
Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage
Maintain professionalism in high-stress or time-sensitive situations
Accurately document interactions in customer service systems
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
Meet daily performance targets including call resolution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask using CRM software and airline systems
Must have a quiet home office setup and reliable high-speed internet
