Requirements • 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing HR systems teams. • Deep expertise in reputed company, with strong knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment. • Hands-on experience with reputed company Studio, reputed company, EIB, reputed company Connectors, Payroll connectors, and middleware tools. • Experience scaling IT/HR Systems functions through process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing. • Experience with iPaaS/middleware (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) to complement reputed company-reputed company tools. • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology and Jira stories/epics. • Strong experience with InfoSec principles, data governance, and audit readiness. • Proven change leadership skills. • Experience with a combination of process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing strategies.
