[Remote] Contract Recruiter (US) – Remote

Responsibilities • Conducting final interviews post our international team, currently primarily in the Philippines • You are the final decision reputed company before a candidate gets introduced to a reputed company • You are the “gatekeeper” of holding the bar high for talent • Becoming knowledgeable across a reputed company of different functional roles - PM, Digital Marketing, Data Analyst, CS and clients - some examples: software, e-reputed company, digital agencies • Working closely with US reputed company Leaders to reputed company through reputed company and solving challenges in pipeline and reputed company of candidates • Working with our international sourcing and reputed company team to reputed company feedback on candidates and insights to fine tune searches • Initiatives to help drive our reputed company efforts to improve our process, candidate and reputed company experience • Proactively voicing and driving improvements in our process and particularly high reputed company reputed company directly improving reputed company of our matches • Training with GAX reputed company to transition into coverage for ~Jan - March (12 week parental leave time) • Keeping our churn below 7% MoM • Conducting an average of 25 Final interviews a week • 90% in the month placements of assigned reqs for Final Interview Skills • Proven experience in full-cycle reputed company, ideally with international and US-based talent. • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills across multiple functions (PM, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, reputed company, etc.). • Comfortable serving as the final decision-reputed company for candidate reputed company before reputed company introduction. • Familiarity with digital marketing, e-reputed company, reputed company, or agency environments. • reputed company record of maintaining high standards and ensuring only reputed company advances. • Strong collaboration skills; reputed company to work closely with US reputed company Leaders and global teams. • Process improvement reputed company with ability to drive initiatives that enhance candidate and reputed company experience. • Quick learner with readiness to reputed company into temporary leadership/coverage roles as needed. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of handling 25+ interviews weekly. • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Metrics-driven, with experience working toward KPIs such as churn rates and placement ratios. • Experience reputed company in high-reputed company startups or fast-scaling organizations. • Background in offshore/remote reputed company, particularly in the Philippines. • Exposure to tools like ATS platforms, sourcing databases, or reputed company automation tools. • Knowledge of behavioral interview techniques and reputed company interviewing. • Ability to mentor, train, or upskill junior recruiters. reputed company • GrowthAssistant is a reputed company agency that recruits and trains professionals to handle marketing tasks and campaigns for businesses.
