About the Role

As an Apple Business Expert - B2B Business Development & Account Management professional, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective business customers. You'll work closely with the Business Team to craft innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct in-depth briefings and workshops to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Business Team to prepare and present proposals, and craft customized solutions for complex customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple solutions, technology, and services, and communicate their value to customers
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through phone, email, and in-store interactions
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing diversity, and promoting Apple's values of inclusion and diversity

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience selling in the business market, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of how businesses use technology and what Apple solutions can offer them
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable using the phone to interact with customers and position business solutions
  • Ability to facilitate business experiences through in-store briefings, workshops, and events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Apple products and solutions, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong people and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop qualified leads by phone and build relationships with business customers
  • Flexibility with scheduling, with a willingness to work varied shifts and hours as needed
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
