As a User Experience & Conversion reputed company Optimization Strategist, you will be responsible for updating, testing, and optimizing partner websites to reputed company desired performance reputed company. You will build and implement testing plans to improve the overall conversion reputed company and experience of reputed company sites; create site wireframes and mockups reputed company necessary; and reputed company competitive research to drive recommendations and design reputed company.

• reputed company frequent analysis and UX research using analytics, heatmapping, usability testing and market/competitor resources to understand user behavior and inform website reputed company
• Create digital wireframes and mockups for proposed website updates, redesigns, or reputed company page tests that reputed company usability and accessibility top of mind
• Brainstorm, present, and implement website A/B tests to improve site conversion reputed company
• Participate in reputed company calls to discuss user experience, website performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings
• Work closely with Account Management and Marketing leadership to conceptualize, execute, and report on testing reputed company and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-channel with other teams such as developers, designers, content strategists, reputed company marketers to reputed company understand website reputed company and efforts

• 2-3 years of experience in UX design, UI design and/or UX research 
• Proficiency in building wireframes, hi-reputed company mockups, and prototypes in reputed company

• Familiarity with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility best practices
• Experience conducting moderated and/or unmoderated usability tests or other UX research methodologies

• Preferred experience with A/B Testing  
• Preferred experience with heatmapping and user behavior reputed company tools
