About the Team and Role

The Creative Production Innovation Management team is part of the broader Product Discovery & Promoting enterprise (previously Creative Production), driving complex projects across Netflix and PDP groups. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Content Management Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of innovation programs that introduce new stories to our members around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature.
• Conduct feasibility and level-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to supply high-quality functions on time and within budget.
• Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete programs.
• Partner with Netflix product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for PDP’s groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs.
• Work closely with product control, engineering, and creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical projects.
• Identify extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater effect and/or performance.
• Manage, plan, and track PDP’s assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs.
• Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables.

Essential Qualifications

• Brings 1+ year of practical experience in data entry, content management, or a related field, with a strong desire to learn and grow.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Is well-versed in handling multiple tasks and priorities to optimize the outcome of the programs and tasks for which they are responsible.
• Can communicate effectively and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with product development, via data insights, A/B testing, and user experience POV, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a related field, such as content management, data analysis, or program management.
• Knowledge of program management frameworks and best practices.
• Experience influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.
• Strong understanding of product development and the ability to provide insightful feedback.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, with a focus on Norwegian and English.
