**Experienced Entry-Level Data Analyst – Remote Position for Healthcare Insights and Reporting**

As an experienced entry-level data analyst, you will be responsible for:- Collaborating with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translating results, and making recommendations to business areas based on findings.
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients.
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications.
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
- Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript.
- Development database languages, such as Transact SQL.
- Database knowledge, such as MS SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of Aetna systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
- Database knowledge, such as Hadoop, Oracle.
- Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience is preferred.
Required Education
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.Responsibilities and Benefits
