About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating priority concerns to high-level management.
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently.
  • Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions.
  • Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferably in a call center environment).
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills to ensure accurate and professional communication.
