Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our overnight team on a remote basis. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy.
  • Maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences.
  • Create and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and meeting monthly performance goals as established by management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in financial services or customer support, with a strong understanding of loan processing and customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems, with the ability to adapt to new software and platforms.

Working Conditions

This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, with the ability to work in a remote environment following the initial training period. The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work during non-traditional hours.
