About the Role: B2B Sales Account Executive - Fiber Based Broadband Acquisition
We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive to join our Consumer Technology experience team as a Fiber Based Broadband Acquisition seller. This role is crucial in driving new revenue from customers in buildings where AT&T has pre-deployed network assets like Fiber/Ethernet multiplexing. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling AT&T's strategic products and services to customers across all segments, ensuring a return on our pre-positioned network assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new revenue from customers in designated Fiber Based Broadband buildings by selling AT&T's strategic products and services.
- Verify AT&T's technical architecture understanding of properties and update internal fiber assets accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers to secure AT&T's ability to solicit customers in exchange for advanced network assets.
- Interface with customers and account teams to properly serve and approach customers, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
- Achieve sales objectives by structuring and securing new high-speed data services with customers located in designated Fiber Based Broadband buildings.
- Collaborate with engineers to leverage new architecture and provide a superior customer experience.
- Travel to customer premises to meet with customers, communicate via phone, teleconference, email, and prepare proposals, presentations, or bids.
- Develop strategic plans related to customers and proposed solutions, researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 2-5 years of direct work experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of fiber-based broadband technologies and sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and network assets.
- Experience working with property managers and customers in a B2B sales environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and commission structure, with a Total Target Cash Compensation ranging from $96,800 to $122,600. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
