About the Role: B2B Sales Representative - Remote Call Center

We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound phone calls to professionals in targeted industries, selling marketing services to new clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using leads provided by the company.
  • Follow a proven sales process with step-by-step scripts to engage prospects and effectively close deals.
  • Participate in a paid, instructor-led new hire training program conducted remotely.
  • Receive unwavering support from inspirational leaders who care about your success.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including phone-time, dials, and sales volume.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong sales aptitude with a closing mentality and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, an outgoing and competitive personality, and a coachable attitude.
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, KY, or NV.
  • A dedicated workspace free from distraction and reliable internet connectivity with a speed of 10 mbps or greater.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing services industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and having a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a remote or call center environment.
