Job Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands. You will be required to work variable hours to match our customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may also be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, for which you will receive compensation. Your schedule will be provided six weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring an exceptional support experience.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the right to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English.
- Experience working with a computer.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required).
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid).
- A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
