About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our product. You'll work proactively to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, accelerate growth, and contribute to our mission of enabling entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests, handle bug issues, and investigate customer accounts to resolve problems
- Categorize and analyze insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
- Identify potentials for a better customer journey and self-service
- Maintain and expand articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to achieve fast but qualitative support
- Take responsibility for own projects and ensure they are completed within a quarter to improve support service
- Participate in customer onboarding calls if needed to ensure a smooth start with our product
Who You Are
We're looking for a customer support professional with a strong passion for online marketing, excellent communication skills, and a technical background or experience in tech support. You should be able to:
- Handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style
- Go the extra mile for best customer experience development and think customer and software first
- Find, run, and finish projects
- Organize your day and prioritize tasks
- Share constructive feedback and be open to feedback
- Understand and identify customer needs that we don't fit at the moment and forward potentials to the team lead
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
- Strong passion for online marketing
- Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background or experience in tech support
