Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to Intuit TurboTax customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
  • Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
  • Escalating calls when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Providing support via various channels, including:
    • Phone support with video chat capability
    • Traditional chat support

Earnings Potential:

  • Average earnings of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
  • Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes

Schedule:

As a remote customer support representative, you enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work:

  • Between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday
  • Weekday and weekend options available
  • This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2025

Important Information:

Please note that:

  • Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington
  • This is a contractual relationship, and you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment
