About the Role

The Deployment Strategist role is at the heart of Palantir's mission. As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work closely with customers, engineers, and product designers to deploy our software solutions and drive impact. Your mission is to synthesize complex data streams into actionable insights, identify key problems, and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work onsite with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate relevant datasets into a stable and extensible pipeline, and develop bespoke workflows for new user groups.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure that our product is meeting user needs and being used effectively to drive operational impact.
  • Present results and proposals to a range of audiences, from analysts to C-suite executives, and communicate complex technical information in a clear and compelling way.
  • Embed with our Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings and drive product development.
  • Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers, and scope out potential engagements in new industries and locations.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Active US Security Clearance at or above the Top Secret level.
  • Ability to support 4-5 days per week on customer sites located primarily in Colorado Springs, CO, and the surrounding area.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
  • Background in a relevant field, such as data analysis, software development, or operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on your relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
