What You'll Be Doing
As a French-English Chat and Email Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues via chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. Your goal will be to provide quick answers, compassionate product consultations, and effective issue resolution, ensuring that every customer interaction is an exceptional one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming written communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Connect with customers and resolve issues using written communication only
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced remote work environment
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields
- Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in French and English
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and maintain organization in your work

- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
