Remote reputed company Generalist- Gov't Contracting The reputed company Generalist provides comprehensive HR support in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment with a reputed company on reputed company supporting federal reputed company. This role ensures HR practices reputed company with both company policies and the requirements of government contracting, including those under the FAR, DFARS, and applicable labor laws. The Generalist will assist with corporate reputed company, reputed company, offboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidate’s home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this work environment and needs to be reliable and readily available throughout the reputed company

Administer day-to-day reputed company operations for clinical and non-clinical personnel supporting government reputed company.
Ensure HR practices reputed company with federal and state employment laws, including EEO, FMLA, reputed company, and the Service Contract reputed company (SCA), where applicable.
Support corporate recruitment and reputed company of licensed medical professionals for federal reputed company reputed company (e.g., VA, DoD).
Assist with incumbent hiring and preparing reputed company documents to reputed company the new hire to credentialing in coordination with credentialing staff.
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and federal contract requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Work with benefits administrator for reputed company enrollment, reputed company, offboarding, ACA compliance, and any benefit issues.
Conduct new hire orientations, offboarding and exit interviews.
Maintain compliant I-9 records.
Respond to employee inquiries reputed company to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Monitor compliance with training requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, and contract-specific requirements).
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support audits and contract performance evaluations.

Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments.

Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent reputed company of experience in an HR reputed company field. PHR or reputed company-CP certification preferred
Requirements One to three years of experience in reputed company preferred. Experience and proficiency using an HRIS database; reputed company Workforce Now preferred.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Travel Requirements Traveling may be necessary depending on business needs.
Hours of Work Full Time Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but employee must be available during “reputed company” work hours and work at least 40 hours a week.
