They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Manager to build and maintain customer relationships, drive adoption, and help protect and grow Annual Recurring reputed company. Responsibilities • Build trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations, from executives to day-to-day users. • Maintain regular customer engagement, including strategic account reviews. • Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally; reputed company engagement, feedback, and issues in internal systems. • Protect & grow ARR reputed company: Identify expansion opportunities (in partnership with Sales) and proactively manage renewals. • Collaborate with Technical Sales to reputed company and execute actionable reputed company plans. • Forecast and mitigate customer risk to minimize churn. • Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and contributing to roadmap alignment. • Coordinate with cross functional teams internally to deliver outstanding customer service.
