Position reputed company: We are looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk Technician to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients through a ticketing system. This includes account management, user setup, troubleshooting, and general IT support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to support tickets in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Create and manage user accounts in reputed company Directory, Office365, and reputed company reputed company. • Set up and configure user reputed company on computers. • Reset passwords and manage reputed company for users. • Install and configure printers and other peripherals. • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with computers and applications. • Install and manage software applications on computers. • Assist with reputed company and offboarding staff, ensuring appropriate reputed company reputed company are set. • reputed company excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in an educational environment, particularly K-12 schools. • Familiarity with MacOS and iOS devices. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
