**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Resolving customer service or billing complaints**: You'll work with clients to resolve issues, exchange merchandise, refund money, and adjust bills as needed.
* **Responding to customer inquiries**: You'll contact clients to respond to inquiries, notify them of claim investigation results, and provide updates on planned adjustments.
* **Escalating unresolved issues**: You'll refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
* **Maintaining accurate records**: You'll keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* **Building strong business relationships**: You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through established service and sales standards, driving business growth and loyalty.
* **Staying up-to-date on company products and services**: You'll maintain a basic knowledge of current company products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate information and support to clients.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **High school diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
* **Customer service experience**: You'll need at least 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, with a strong focus on resolving issues and building relationships.
* **Computer skills**: You'll need to be proficient in computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
* **Communication skills**: You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Previous experience in a similar role**: If you have previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare or medical billing setting, we'd love to hear from you!
