We're seeking a highly skilled Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and expanding critical workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
As a Workflow Systems Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:- Developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress toward goals
- Providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflow solutions that meet business needs
- Characterizing the current state of workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them
- Communicating complex data insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Working closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain data visualizations and analytics
- Iteratively refining dashboard layouts based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Identifying and addressing technical issues related to data quality, data integrity, and data visualization
- Developing and maintaining expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and data analysis software, such as SQL
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
- Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Advanced Tableau developer skills
- Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experiences will make you a strong candidate:- Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
- Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
- Product ownership experience, including being responsible for key outcomes for a project and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
- Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across associate groups to achieve a unified goal
