Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Innovation Office as an Innovation Investigator Understudy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records that support our operational excellence. You'll work closely with business clients, Innovation Groups, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and high-quality solutions.

Foundation and Group Stage QMO

The Quality Administration Office (QMO) is a critical component of our Innovation space, focusing on the application side of our operations. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our Teams (airline stewards and pilots) for their daily tasks. Without guaranteeing the quality of these applications, it could lead to issues during flights, affecting our operations. Our daily work involves collaborating with Case's (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Product Owners) to test applications as they make changes, as well as tracking metrics to showcase progress and keep stakeholders informed about testing status.

Client and Business: Southwest Getaways (SWAV)

The Southwest Getaways Group is at the forefront of developing a new, revenue-generating product for Southwest beyond its core air product. This is a fast-paced, highly focused business drive where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the air business and the travel industry as a whole. You'll work closely with our teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Responsibilities and Obligations

• Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to frameworks and business processes to develop quality technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental guidelines.
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communication among business and Innovation Groups.
• Participate in framework and acceptance testing.
• Scope of work varies depending on the Group project.

Abilities, Capabilities, Information, and Work Style

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred.
• Essential knowledge of technical environment required.
• Openness to Agile methodologies preferred.
• Essential understanding of project management procedures.
• Critical thinking and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines.
• Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred.
• Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred.
• Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, empathetic, and collaborative.
