**Responsibilities**
As a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media, resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring that they have a seamless and satisfying experience
* Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers
* Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details
* Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
**Eligibility Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus
* Demonstrate excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
* Have basic computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical errors
* Be an online U.S resident, eligible to work remotely

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
