About the Role

We're seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager who is passionate about the customer experience and can blend product, marketing, strategy, technical, and analytical abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a thought leader and motivator, you will drive cross-collaboration efforts across Product Development, Ad Operations, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and more. You will serve as a project/program manager, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience while leading strategy and execution on the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product roadmap end-to-end, driving continuous innovation and growth.
  • Develop and present business cases for new products and services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue potential and enterprise value.
  • Lead product growth strategy across multiple digital product lines, collaborating with internal stakeholders to uncover new opportunities to modernize the tech stack.
  • Design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements, and define market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
  • Advise leadership on growth strategy, business model development, and product development.
  • Manage budgets, acquire estimates, and requests for funding.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with highly technical software products.
  • Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in AT&T technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising and program management.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,800 - $215,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
