Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize excellent written communication skills to clearly and concisely address customer concerns and provide accurate information.

- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, providing regular updates to customers as necessary.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
