Social Media Manager + VA
Description:
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) across platforms
• Actively engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and interacting with followers
• Track and report performance metrics, including engagement and lead generation
• Create and share newsletters to keep the audience informed and engaged
• Update and edit website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client coordination
• Assist in lead generation efforts through research and outreach
• Edit and publish visual content such as YouTube videos and Reels
• Provide general administrative support and customer assistance when needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.
• Proficient in tools like Google Workspace and project management tools
• Ability to multitask and handle various admin duties efficiently
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude
• Familiarity with newsletter/email marketing platforms
• Graphic design skills using Canva
• Community management experience across social media
• Basic video editing and publishing (e.g., for YouTube, Reels)
• Understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking
