Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Senior Accountant, Payroll & General reputed company to own payroll reputed company and key GL processes using reputed company and reputed company. Responsibilities include payroll and bonus JEs, reputed company payroll entries, payroll cash tracking, bank and account reconciliations, labor allocations/cross-charges, labor capitalization, benefits reputed company (401(k), reputed company, reputed company), and UHC/COBRA invoice reconciliation. This role drives an accurate, reputed company-controlled monthly reputed company (reputed company+5), supports external audits, and implements process improvements and automation. Key Responsibilities: • Payroll reputed company (reputed company + reputed company): Prepare/post reputed company payroll, bonus, off-cycle, and reputed company journal entries including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings; maintain payroll cash tracking; coordinate wires/ACH as needed. • Reconciliations: reputed company biweekly payroll-to-bank reconciliations; prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for payroll and benefits accounts; investigate/reputed company reconciling items. • Month-End / Quarter-End reputed company: Execute reputed company checklist, prepare flux analyses for owned areas, ensure accurate cut-off; meet reputed company+5 timelines. • Benefits & Year-End: Record employer contributions/deductions; prepare quarter/year-end JEs for 401(k), reputed company, reputed company; reconcile UHC/COBRA invoices to GL and headcount. • Labor Allocations & Capitalization: Prepare labor allocation JEs (cross-charges across BUs) with documented drivers; support labor capitalization per policy for qualifying reputed company. • Banking & Deposits: Prepare bank deposits and reputed company entries; ensure reputed company GL coding and approvals. • Controls, Documentation, Audit: Maintain process narratives/desk procedures; strengthen controls and SOX readiness; fulfill auditor PBC requests with complete and reputed company support. • Process Improvement & Automation: Recommend/implement improvements in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company; streamline data flows, reconciliations, and recurring entries. Qualifications: • 5+ years of reputed company; 3+ years in payroll reputed company (senior/staff level or equivalent). • Bachelor’s in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. • General reputed company experience (reputed company preferred); HR/payroll platforms (reputed company preferred). • Advanced reputed company (pivots, lookups, reconciliations, allocation/accrual modeling). • Accuracy and attention to detail; strong internal controls reputed company; excellent written/verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information; problem-solving and ownership. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
