[Remote] Financial Analyst, Product Transformation

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their One Global Ledger Program, a significant finance system transformation initiative. The role involves leading the Procure to Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable & Indirect Tax workstream, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with various teams to integrate data into SAP for improved financial operations. Responsibilities • Lead efforts to understand and document accounts payable and indirect tax requirements in partnership with local operations. Ensures alignment on dependencies with other workstreams, e.g. Treasury, Security & Controls, General Ledger, Reporting, or related integrations. • Lead and perform various financial analysis and research tasks to support OneGL SAP S4 Hana process transformation. • Collaborates to create product vision and alignment with strategic priorities. Contributes to the development of the portfolio vision. • Works daily with the agile working group, clarifying business requirements, constantly communicating, and supporting alignment around product strategy. • Operates as a subject matter expert with in-depth understanding of our SAP Product suite and the business capabilities they deliver. • Works closely with the P2P OneGL production team to collaborate, align, and deliver global capabilities. • Prepare test cases and execute; support the onboarding of end users, through training, to our user acceptance testing phase. • Help define the business use cases with input from stakeholders. Skills • Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial analyst and/or finance project/program management • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions while achieving results • Must possess strong interpersonal skills to promote discussion while fostering collaboration within the team and with other areas of the organization • Effectively negotiates project direction and communicates to a variety of audiences and levels of the organization to ensure alignment with project goals and schedules • Ability to lead meetings and make presentations to increasingly large audiences • Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or Indirect Tax preferred • Knowledge of SAP preferred Education Requirements • Bachelor`s degree required; CPA or Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred Benefits • Comprehensive benefits • Continuous learning opportunities • Protection for the unexpected Company Overview • Liberty Mutual Insurance provides a broad range of insurance products and services.
