<p>An elite private equity firm in the heart of Chicago is seeking a sharp, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their high-performing team. Acting as the right hand to senior leadership and the operational backbone of the office, this individual will play a critical role in keeping both executives and the office running seamlessly. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $100-120k, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Deliver high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics</li><li>Prepare polished correspondence, reports, and high-impact presentations</li><li>Process expenses and manage vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders—including investors and portfolio companies</li><li>Lead all aspects of office operations to ensure a well-organized, professional, and efficient environment</li><li>Maintain office supplies, coordinate equipment servicing, and manage vendor relationships</li><li>Organize firmwide events, board meetings, and special projects with finesse and attention to detail</li><li>Uphold the firm’s high standards of excellence in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities</li><li>Supervise interns, administrative staff, or third-party vendors as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager:</u></strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager role, ideally within private equity, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced environment</li><li>Discretion, professionalism, and a track record of handling confidential information with care</li><li>Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat</li><li>Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with an eye for polished presentation</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with expense/calendar tools like Concur and Outlook</li><li>A confident, service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving</li></ul><p><br></p><p>P-15</p>
