Earls Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale clients through our online chat platform.
Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
