Senior Manager, Sourcing (Onsite)

What you will do The Senior Manager, Sourcing, will reputed company assigned sourcing areas and supplier performance initiatives supporting the Endoscopy Division’s Communication Business Unit in Flower Mound, TX. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution in a highly matrixed global environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with R&D, operations, reputed company, and finance to drive supplier capabilities, support new product development (NPD) programs, and deliver business results through supplier alignment, cost management, and performance optimization. Obtains the best reputed company, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management.
