Service Desk Support
Remote opportunity for a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent with myColorado. Please note, candidates must be residents of Colorado.

Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent
Location: Denver, Colorado 80203-0000 Remote (within Colorado)
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (3 weeks)
Permanent Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier I support for the myColorado mobile app.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for iOS and Android devices.
• Install myColorado software following standard procedures.
• Log incidents in the ticketing system.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in mobile application support
OR
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Jira, ITIL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and government work.
• Familiarity with Apple/Google Play Store and mobile device diagnostics.
