As an Adjunct Instructor for Anatomy & Physiology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students and contributing to the advancement of the nursing profession.

Key Responsibilities
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success in the classroom, online, and/or laboratory settings.
- Develop and deliver high-quality instruction using a range of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Identify students who are at risk of not succeeding and refer them to the Student Success Coordinator for additional support.
- Provide individualized tutoring and mentoring to students as needed, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including conferences, seminars, and training sessions, to stay current with best practices in education and nursing.
- Contribute to the enrichment of our programs and students through active participation in academic committees and other college initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties, such as grading, tracking attendance, and maintaining grade books, as required.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
- A minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent in the assigned subject area (Anatomy & Physiology).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A minimum of three years of experience as an educator, preferably in a higher education setting.
- A proven track record of teaching excellence and student success.
