• Transcribing dictated material, producing an average of at least 138 lines per hour, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meeting production standards and maintaining an error rate of 3% or less, ensuring the integrity of patient records
• Editing reports in the system, utilizing advanced technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Queuing and transcribing all requests for STAT transcription as needed, prioritizing urgent cases and ensuring timely completion
• Charting transcribed reports once a shift, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Logging, printing, and maintaining reports, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols
• Following through with assignments and informing supervisors if unable to complete tasks, demonstrating accountability and teamwork

Essential Qualifications and Experience
