About the Role: MST Fully Remote ServiceTitan Service Trade Scheduling CSR
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a fully remote ServiceTitan Service Trade Scheduling CSR. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform, ServiceTitan, and contribute to the success of our clients in the home service industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating and scheduling technicians, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing service appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent customer service.
- Dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently and manage schedules for last-minute changes or emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints, ensuring top-notch customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize documents, invoices, and client records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in the setup and implementation of ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software, leveraging technical skills and experience to drive success.
- Contribute to additional tasks to support the company’s growth, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical services, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Experience with cloud-based CRM systems (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, SingleOps, etc.), demonstrating technical skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical services, etc.), with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Experience with additional cloud-based CRM systems or dispatching software, demonstrating technical skills and adaptability.
- Certifications or training in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Technical Requirements:
To perform this role, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop with a webcam, speakers, and a second monitor, meeting the minimum technical specifications outlined below.
- An operating system that is Windows or Mac-based, with a minimum of 8gb RAM.
- A reliable internet connection with supportable internet speeds and a router easily accessible from your workspace.
- Note: Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible with our systems.
Position Details:
This is a full-time, remote position, with the following details:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST, with a commitment to flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- 40 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
