Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptionally aggressive, fiery, and experienced lead-level Product Designer who will empower a top-tier Netflix stage insight for our global organizations. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design for a mainstay of Netflix's Partner Enablement Stage XD group and be an essential partner to our product, engineering, and business partners to build the applications, tools, and services that scale Netflix's global presence through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be streamed on any device, anywhere
• Identify, analyze, and drive strategic partner initiatives that enable cutting-edge experiences
• Create design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical initiatives
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech writers, and business teams to develop and iterate new ideas and work with product execution

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications

• An enthusiastic energy for incredible design that enhances our team culture
• 4+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, driving high-influence initiatives from concept to execution in technical business areas
• Experience working in technical systems, with expertise in reducing complex issues down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability
• A flexible portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and highlights strong experience designing across products, platforms, and personas
• Experience working with design systems and identifying and extending shared patterns and behaviors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with complex enterprise systems, data platforms, and technical environments
• Experience driving design strategy for enterprise platform initiatives (e.g., influencing product direction from the perspective of experience design)
