About the Role

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, engaging with fans across various social media platforms, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities

  • Address Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the support team to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience across all customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
