About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology, including computer systems and software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Technology Requirements:
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.
- A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot.
- A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network.
- Internet service provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP).
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred.
Schedule and Compensation
We're offering two schedule options for this role:
- Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST.
- Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $43,680 - $43,680.
