Job Overview

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, engaging with subscribers via live chat to address their inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and comes with a competitive hourly rate of $40/hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Support: Engage with blithequark subscribers via live chat to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve subscriber concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall subscriber experience, contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
