Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Florida. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their queries. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to their problems, including shopping for new pets, finding the perfect chew toys, or resolving issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
