Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Make policy changes, answer billing questions, and offer recommendations to customers
- Utilize computer software to access customer information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in computer software and multi-tasking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience with insurance industry products and services
- Certifications or licenses in insurance or customer service
