**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Health Systems Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on, qualifying, and selling 340b Complete to more modest/neighborhood Health Frameworks and Governmentally Qualified Wellbeing Communities (FQHC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Focus on qualifying and selling 340b Complete to more modest/neighborhood Health Frameworks and Governmentally Qualified Wellbeing Communities (FQHC)
* Access leaders at likely clients and present a compelling value proposition that meets/surpasses the client's requirements for quality, administration, and pricing
* Develop business by identifying and presenting other integrated blithequark product offerings and services designed to achieve/exceed blithequark's growth objectives
* Account manage and develop existing 340b records and smaller hospital connections as allocated
* Sell 340b and healthcare pharmacy; where applicable, up-sell integrated product offerings to potential clients
* Create, implement, and evaluate client service models focused on enhancing client satisfaction and retention
* May play a key role in a team approach to closing a potential client
* Achieve or exceed new sales objectives
* Manage existing business and develop allocated business segment; achieve or exceed growth objectives
* Sell standard services; 340 B and HSRx where applicable and up-sell integrated product offerings to potential clients
* Refresh and provide continuous support of proper CRM and other compliance/global positioning systems so service is notified on a continuous basis about pipeline status of clients, achievement against plan, win/loss ratio, and other essential business data
* Suggest product offering modifications that are requested by clients or provide revenue/edge improvements for the organization
* Maintain awareness of current market, competitors' offerings, and contract status to more effectively address potential clients' expectations and to overcome objections
* Assist leadership with the development and execution of sales plans, productivity targets, opportunity analyses, and special projects; team up and share best practices with leadership and other associates
**Essential Capabilities**
* Four-year degree and at least 3 years of experience in different healthcare areas such as pharma, retail pharmacy, managed care, and 340b
* At least 3 years of experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization, including C-Suite and Executive level meetings
* Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of government healthcare programs, community health centers, basic access hospitals, rural and small hospitals. Completion of 340b College or advanced understanding of 340b
* Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other CRM programs
* At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team management
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Four-year college education
* Experience or foundation in General Health or Policy management
* Experience in 340B, Specialty Pharmacy, Ryan White, or other Government-funded healthcare programs
