Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our web and cloud applications, driving business growth, and enhancing the overall user experience. **What You'll Do** * Conduct training sessions for junior engineers in areas of expertise * Serve as a mentor to other engineers, providing guidance and support as needed * Lead project teams or facilitate issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective delivery * Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy web and cloud applications * Create customized solutions and special procedures for fixes, changes, assessments, and other support activities not covered in existing manuals * Stay informed about daily airline operations, including areas of responsibility, and review daily needs based on aircraft/departmental targets and management mandates * Investigate aircraft/part issues that may cause flight delays or cancellations, significant uses in labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine suitable corrective actions * Provide engineering support as needed to restore aircraft or parts to a serviceable status * Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline divisions when technical assistance is required to support tasks or resolve issues * Develop activity plans for fleet/multi-fleet and part engineering projects and pursue completion as per evaluated needs * Collaborate with other airline divisions as needed to ensure effective and efficient execution of engineering practices * Create engineering documents to implement technical practices, providing customized methods for fixes, changes, assessments, or other support activities that meet business/departmental targets and management mandates * Stay up-to-date on current and future regulations affecting areas of responsibility and ensure that all engineering activities maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements * Utilize available resources to enhance levels of technical expertise and practical experience continuously, as well as improve communication skills, time management, and other individual characteristics relevant to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in performing assigned duties **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience + 1 year of experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree * Essential Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: + A&P license + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Ability to analyze technical data and make informed, data-driven decisions + Demonstrated fitness, ability, and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges + Ability to prepare and deliver presentations that promote awareness and acceptance of solutions + Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients * Preferred Qualifications: + Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience + 3+ years of experience in a related field + Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and leading cross-functional teams **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their well-being, career growth, and work-life balance.
