Global Services Fleet Analyst (Remote in CST/EST)

About the position Responsibilities • Ensuring drivers' familiarity and understanding of company vehicle policy. • Issuing fuel PINs as requested. • Working with regional leadership to understand vehicle needs and requirements. • Placing vehicle orders with guidance from regional leadership. • Sending monthly newsletters to drivers with updates and reminders. • Resolving issues and supporting employees with vehicle-related matters. • Reviewing and analyzing inventory to optimize vehicle utilization. • Reviewing and following up on fraudulent fuel charges and accident claims. • Actively participating in cost savings initiatives. • Coordinating transportation of vehicles when needed. • Reviewing and deciding on maintenance repairs for Canada. • Managing the workflow process and ensuring proper vehicle assignment. • Reviewing vehicles for replacement and processing replacement requests. • Managing the DOT program in the US and coordinating with EHS. • Assisting with telehandler/crane requests and toll program implementation. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. • Strong understanding of company vehicle policies and regulations. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Experience with fleet management systems and tools. • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance. • Background in the renewable energy industry (preferred). • Valid driver's license.
