They are seeking a Remote reputed company-End Specialist to handle data entry, clerical duties, and assist in Back End operations as needed. Responsibilities • Specialist reputed company End is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position. • Performs tasks but not limited to: image indexing, data entry/review and clerical duties, AE report filing. • May be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations. • May assist with department training and new hire support. • Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate. Skills • 1 year of work experience in a reputed company, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or reputed company center setting • Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction • Basic knowledge of and skills using MS reputed company, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner • Must have an reputed company pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state reputed company of Pharmacy • Experience in reputed company center or customer service work environment • Experience in escalation/reputed company with successfully applying de-escalation techniques Education Requirements • High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED reputed company • reputed company is a pharmacy, health, and wellness service center that offers trained infusion nurses and pharmacists to treat patients.
