[Remote] Remote Front-End Specialist, Specialty

They are seeking a Remote Front-End Specialist to handle data entry, clerical duties, and assist in Back End operations as needed.
Responsibilities
• Specialist Front End is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position.
• Performs tasks but not limited to: image indexing, data entry/review and clerical duties, AE report filing.
• May be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations.
• May assist with department training and new hire support.
• Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate.
Skills
• 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or call center setting
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
• Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy
• Experience in call center or customer service work environment
• Experience in escalation/resolution with successfully applying de-escalation techniques
Education Requirements
• High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
