Business Line Trainer I

About the position Responsibilities • Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at various training locations to support assigned business needs. • Assist in the development of appropriate training materials for training classes. • Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes based on feedback. • Co-facilitate higher-level specialized training programs under the guidance of a more senior trainer or manager. • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company or regulatory standards and policies. • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the reputed company brand. • Maintain internal control standards, including reputed company implementation of audit points and issues raised by external regulators. • Complete other reputed company duties as assigned. Requirements • Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years reputed company business line experience, or a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 2 years reputed company business line experience. reputed company-to-haves • Good understanding of procedures and concepts reputed company own discipline. • Good understanding of how reputed company integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
