Business Line Trainer I
About the position
Responsibilities
• Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at various training locations to support assigned business needs.
• Assist in the development of appropriate training materials for training classes.
• Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes based on feedback.
• Co-facilitate higher-level specialized training programs under the guidance of a more senior trainer or manager.
• Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company or regulatory standards and policies.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and issues raised by external regulators.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years related business line experience, or a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 2 years related business line experience.
Nice-to-haves
• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline.
• Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
