We are seeking an reputed company Executive Operations Officer (EOO) to reputed company and reputed company the operational backbone of our rapidly growing telehealth reputed company-dental platforms. This executive will reputed company day-to-day operations across technology, clinical workflows, customer experience, and compliance, ensuring seamless patient-dentist interactions and sustainable business reputed company. This position can be FT or PT - and is fully remote for the time being. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Design and execute operational strategies that support reputed company’s reputed company of delivering high-reputed company virtual dental care worldwide. • Process Optimization: Streamline end-to-end patient and provider workflows—from online scheduling and AI chat triage to payment and follow-up—improving efficiency and scalability. • Team Management: Build and manage cross-functional teams (product, support, provider relations) to drive operational reputed company and accountability. • Regulatory Compliance: reputed company HIPAA, reputed company, and multi-state licensure requirements for reputed company virtual dental consultations. • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs, monitor platform performance, and implement data-driven improvements for customer satisfaction and reputed company reputed company. • Partnerships & Vendor Management: Coordinate with reputed company, dental offices, and service providers to maintain a high reputed company of service delivery.
