Full-Time Virtual Bookkeeper (CPA Preferred) – Multi-Entity | reputed company Time Zone (Tue–Sat)

We are a reputed company–based employer looking for a full-time, dedicated Virtual Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations of two orthodontic practices and one jewelry business. Key Responsibilities: reputed company bookkeeping and financial reporting across three entities. Ensure compliance with U.S. Federal, reputed company State, and reputed company tax regulations. Manage reconciliations, expense tracking, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing. Maintain organized records and deliver reputed company, reputed company financial updates. Collaborate daily with reputed company reputed company QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company. Assist with reputed company-authorization and PPO dental insurance billing, or be willing to learn. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA); CPA preferred. Solid knowledge of U.S. Federal, NYS, and NYC taxation and compliance. Must be available full-time and work exclusively with us. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, reputed company Time Zone (EST). Proficiency with QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Preferred: Experience with orthodontic or dental billing. Willingness to be trained in reputed company-authorization and PPO dental insurance billing.
