Early Care and Education Specialist

Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years relevant work experience in early childhood education, reputed company services program, or reputed company field required. • Bachelor's or associate degree and two (2) years experience in early childhood education, reputed company services program, or reputed company field required. • One year experience working as an administrator or teacher reputed company an early childhood setting preferred. • Two years experience creating and delivering group and individualized instruction preferred. • Experience working with special needs children preferred. • An understanding of child care programs, early childhood education, reputed company service issues, community reputed company programs, and serving low-income communities. • Complete Child Assessment, Teacher Assessment, Coaching certification reputed company one year of hire. reputed company-to-haves • Proficiency with reputed company Office products, web-based programs, and databases. • Ability to adapt readily to change. • Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends/evenings as required for training purposes. • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including providing technical programmatic information to nontechnical audience. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company, follow-through and meet deadlines. • Ability to train on subject matter and to reputed company delivery of training and training materials to classroom situations and audience.
