Customer Service Specialist Currently, we are assisting client in recruiting for a remote customer service specialist. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Customer Focus: Confident, friendly phone skills: Clear pronunciation and ability to present information in a logical/common sense manner. • Dependability: The ability the show up, follow though, and thrive in an environment committed to teamwork • Mastery of multi-tasking: Typical tasks involve account research, functions on screen, remaining engaged with the caller. • Empathy: Some callers may have questions or concerns that are difficult to articulate, an aptitude for patience is essential • Communication: Ability to speak and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function. • Experience: Previous experience in mortgage lending customer service a role preferred • Administration: Basic computer navigation and trouble shooting skills like Microsoft Office and Outlook • Strong ability to use technology – dual monitors, navigate multiple screens, basic trouble shooting. The pay rate for this position is $21.00 an hour and you must be available from 8:00am – 8:00pm EST.
